'September Challenge | 4 WEEKS - BODY SHAPING (Pahla B Fitness) | Before and After Pictures / Measurements Please read: I took a selfie for 28 days in a row after each workout! If you are looking for low impact workouts, consider looking up Pahla B Fitness. I took measurements at the end of August and the end of September for comparison. Also took before and after progress photos.  This challenge was not about weightloss. Weightloss has more to do with nutrition, but it was nice to work on form, engaging my core, and getting stronger :) Overall, I guess we are going for fat loss and gaining muscle (toning if you will).
